Gmail offers additional storage
A new feature to Gmail is the ability to now upgrade your disk space from the free 2GB limit. I came across this by chance really as I was checking my account settings page and I noticed the following:

Clicking the Upgrade link brings you to a Google Checkout page with various upgrade options.

You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0 feed.
Both comments and pings are currently closed.

Wezzo dude this comes from Google directly. It wasn’t an email. Check these two screenshots below and look at the URL in my address bar.

It’s clearly not the same scam as the link you posted – this looks legit.

I think it is legit although the problem is that I don’t think we can use Google Checkout …

Paul, I’ve managed to setup my credit card for Google checkout however I’ve never actually used the service. I set it up to pay for Google Apps Premier but in the end I decided to stick with the free edition.
That said it did appear like I could easily pay for that service so I’m not sure what would happen if one actually went through the whole payment thing.
